    • Tyson voluntarily participates in the online government employment verification program known as E-Verify and has since 1998.

    The company also voluntarily uses the 'Social Security Number Verification Service.'

    • Tyson trains all of its employment managers on the hiring process, proper completion of the Form I-9 and on document examination and fraud detection.
    Every company that does business in the U.S. should be required to to this.
