May 7, 2014 – Minnesota man charged with immigration fraud for failing to disclose his crimes and military service in Bosnia during the Bosnian conflict

A former member of the armed forces of the Croatian Defense Council in Bosnia-Herzegovina was arrested May 7 on immigration fraud charges following an investigation led by HSI St. Paul and the FBI's Minneapolis Field Office. Full Story
