IDAHO SUPREME COURT DECISION ON IMMIGRATION BAD
IDAHO SUPREME COURT DECISION ON IMMIGRATION BAD, BUT NOT AS BAD AS IT SEEMS
If you think illegal immigration doesn’t impose significant costs on Idaho taxpayers, think again.
The Idaho Supreme Court, on a 4-1 vote, decided that the taxpayers of Ada County must not only pay for their own medical care, they must pay for the medical care of individuals who do not even have the right to be in the United States.
They did so by ruling that an illegal immigrant, who suffered a stroke in 2005 while on a job he was not legally entitled to hold while living in a country in which he was not legally entitled to live, has a right to have taxpayers pick up the tab for his $187,000 health care bill. this is terrible. I have this vision of a totally balkanized country carved out based on this unethical and immoral behaviour which is pitting Americans who see this for what it is and resent it against those on the other side who subvert the law and our sovereignty and who are militant and defiant. THIS IS GOING TO END IN TEARS!

Yeah, well this S.A.V.E. bill that was passed so employers could verify they are hiring legal workers, is weak. It's voluntary with no follow up enforcement. Every bill they have passed here in Idaho in the last few years, is weak. There are several of us who are currently working with our Congress members to change all this. I have to give them credit. They're working all summer while they are out of session to have an enforcement bill ready for when they go back into session in January. They are wording it carefully to get it right, so the open borders idiots can't get it overturned. We'll see what happens.
RIP TinybobIdaho -- May God smile upon you in his domain forevermore.
