IEEE-USA opposes H-1B visa increase
There was just a story on which said they gave out 6 or 7 thousand too many of these visas last year but will increase the # by 30,000 for 2006 and charge $750 each for them.

L1s are very dangerous. There is NO cap. A company from, lets say India, can open a office here, and act as a temp agency here in the states, pimping out their clones at cheap rates.
