Felony arrests

Forgery — Oscar Armando Montes, 25, of the 800 block of South Grape Street, Medford. Medford police Saturday arrested Montes on charges of first-degree possession of a forged instrument and suspicion of being in the country illegally. He was lodged in jail without bail.
