There is no mistaken identity probable at all here. Same for all DWI manslaughter convictions regardless of nationality, sect or gender, poor or elite would see no opposition from me. Too many people on the roads today to continue hand slapping punishment for vehicle homicide that is really out and out murder!
But he didn't kill anyone, so we can't do that. The people he hurt in this accident were not seriously injured, so the best thing we can do is deport him.
