Illegal alien DUI killer of Amy Kortlang withdraws plea

The illegal alien habitual drunk driver from Mexico, Rafael Ramirez Perez, 22, who was previously arrested 4 times for DUI in the last ten years and deported back to Mexico earlier this year, who then returned and subsequently killed 22 year old Amy Kortlang and injured three others while driving DUI in a company truck anf then fleeing on foot has withdrawn his guilty plea. In a defiant and totally unrepentant tone he stated in court today that his court appointed public defender did not properly represent him or inform him of his potential sentence after his initial guilty plea, 20 years to life and has hired a new lawyer and will now plead not guilty.

Of course, as usual, when today's story of this loser's plea withdrawal was reported on local San Diego news station KNSD-TV, there was absolutely no mention that he is an illegal alien from Mexico, multiply arrested and deported. But then again, that's why we call San Diego Mexico's Finest City.

And according to the parents of Amy Kortlang, the owners of the company that employed Perez has never called or offered any condolences or apology for hiring the illegal alien Perez, even though he was driving in their company truck when he killed their daughter.

I'd call this a murder not an accident.

The owner of the truck's responsible for letting this IA behind the wheel.

Hopefully Amy's family will take everything they own.

They may have not apologized because counsel has instructed them not to do so as it may be misconstrued as admitting liability and their interest is in defending their assets.

A Hispanic NAFTA trucker from Laredo killed a couple because he was driving too fast on the ice covered interstate just south of Austin. Even though the police said he was driving too fast he wasn't charged. The government doesn't really give a damn about our safety.
