Illegal Alien Sentenced For Making Child Porn In Louisiana




LAFAYETTE, LA – On September 10, Pedro Aguirre-Nunez, 39, was sentenced to 18 years and eight months in federal prison for production of child pornography.


On March 29, 2019, Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a child sexual assault call and discovered multiple videos of Aguirre-Nunez molesting a young girl.


A U.S. Department of Justice press release stated:


A forensic review determined that the videos had been taken a few months prior to the discovery of them.

All three of the videos were taken while the child was asleep.

On October 17, 2019, Aguirre-Nunez admitted that he did in fact produce the visual depictions of conduct with the child by using his smart phone and pleaded guilty to production of child pornography in federal court.


Aguirre-Nunez is in the country illegally from Mexico.
