Two illegal aliens were arrested and charged with multiple counts, including sexually assaulting a minor on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship Friday.

One of the individuals is reportedly also accused of having sex with another individual and failing to disclose an HIV infection.

The male 14-year-old victim told police the suspects began masturbating in front of him in the sauna on board, touched the teenager, and forced him to perform a sexual act on them, according to a police report.

36-year-old Jose Prudencio Diaz and 37-year-old Ricardo Daniel Mondragon Leal were charged with child molestation and exhibition. Diaz also faces charges for refusing to disclose his HIV status.

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem responded to the incident, commenting on X, “One of them has HIV. Both have ICE detainers on them. We WILL get these sickos out of our country.”

2 men molested minor in sauna room on Royal Caribbean cruise ship: Police
Two men accused of molesting a minor on board a Royal Caribbean cruise ship were arrested on Friday, police said.

Per NBC 6 South Florida:

Jose Prudencio Diaz, 36, and Ricardo Daniel Mondragon Leal, 37, are facing several charges, including lewd and lascivious molestation on a child 12-16 years old.

During their court hearings on Saturday, both men were denied bond.

“The defendant, in this case, acting in concert with another defendant, they were both on a cruise,” a prosecutor said in court. “This shows that they tried to target a specific minor, and this could be done again.”

While he was in the sauna room, the victim told police both suspects began to pleasure themselves in front of him, the report said.

Police apprehended the men at the cruise port in Miami.

It is unclear at this time how the individuals passed through security screening to board the cruise.
