    They should be "tried" by a panel of Federal Visa and Immigration Judges only...like a Court Martial.

    All illegals, visa overstays, non-citizens, refugees, asylum liars, TPS, green card criminals go to these Judges.

    If they want an attorney...THEY can pay for it.

    They get deported and/or serve time in Federal Tent City on Federal Land...PERIOD!

    These Judges should be specifically trained in the Federal Visa and Immigration Laws and strictly ENFORCE THEM.

    Get them out of our local courts and jails and out of their jurisdiction. They do not enforce our immigration laws!
