Cultural differences should NOT excuse breaking the law in the United States.
That man is a scum-bag. Based on our laws and American principles, what that man did was repeatedly rape a child. And while child rape might be quite acceptable in Mexico, it IS NOT here.
And how dare that judge suspend 8.5 years of the scum-bag's sentence!!! This just sends a message that the U.S. will make exceptions for rape as long as it can be equated to a "cultural anomoly".
Geez.....Calderon was absolutely right when he said...."Where there is a Mexican, there is Mexico".

With good behavior he should be out in six months thats about a month for each rape..........12 should get you 20 ......not 12 gets you 1-12th
