Chances are that if Oklahoma City federal prosecutors are successful in deporting a 31-year old illegal immigrant, he'll be back in the state within a year or so.
The history of Cesar Enamorado-Enamorado shows he's already been deported three previous times from the country after illegally crossing the border from Mexico into the U.S. Enamorado was recently arrested and held in the Tulsa County jail while charges were filed against him in Oklahoma City U.S. District court. He faces two years in prison and a $250,000 fine for re-entry of a removed alien charge.
Federal prosecutors say he was first convicted in July 2008 on a felony and deported September, 2008. He was again deported on January 2009 and a third time on October 22, 2010.
