    Illegal Immigrant Sexually Assaults High School Freshman

    An illegal immigrant allegedly sexually assaulted a 14-year old freshman student last year at Saguaro High School in Scottsdale, Arizona. The alleged attacker, Roberto Lemus-Retana, is now on trial for the sick crime. Through his defense attorney, Mr. Lemus-Retana has claimed the sex was consensual stating that the girl "needed money." He also claimed the young victim told him she was 17, not 14. The victim's family is (rightfully) suing the janitorial service who employeed the illegal alien. This story just keeps getting uglier.
