of The Oregonian Staff along with her editors obviously tried to play down the role of enforcement in this article. Just look at the article title! Enforcement works and if we keep this up the illegals will be gone within 15 years.

William, The Oregonian is a libertard rag. I did see in that as it was, enforcement was working, and helping it was loss of jobs. Thank goodness.

They try to say they are neutral, but they will mainly print the letters to the editor that are more liberal than conservative, but will occasionally throw in a few letters of opposition to their liberal stance (maybe just for show).

As for the jobs thing...my nephew, who has a degree in psychology and threapy, is right now working for a temp agency doing odd jobs to make his rent and bills. His father, out of work from Hynex, which closed and went back overseas, is staying with our mother, and one other brother, who works on gas furnaces and appliances (new site installs too) may be soon seeing no work with the housing problems and with people tightening their budgets for numerous reasons (he stated he was very concerned).

So far, my husbands job seems ok, it is a wholesaler for fabric, and most of the retail buyers for this product are retired women who have set incomes, and hopefully nothing will change.
