    An American citizen will take that job for $40 an hour and they won't take the freebies that the illegals demand like food stamps, welfare, WIC etc.

    WHERE do I go to make $40 an hour?? Huh? WHO is getting paid that kind of money for manual labor?

    Why would any city set a prevaling wage of $40 an hour? I really need somebody to explain this ridiculous wage and then tell me why Americans aren't doing that work instead of illegals?
