Man gets 4 years for cocaine distribution in Ga.

ATLANTA (AP) -- A Dominican immigrant who was held hostage and beaten after being lured to suburban Atlanta to settle a drug debt has been sentenced to nearly four years in prison for his role in distributing cocaine.

Thirty-one-year-old Oscar Reynoso was sentenced Tuesday to 46 months in federal prison, with five years supervised release to follow. He had pleaded guilty in March to conspiring to possess with intent to distribute at least 5 kilograms of cocaine.

Authorities say Reynoso was ambushed and held for about a week in July after being lured from Rhode Island to settle a drug debt. Authorities found him bound and gagged in a house in Lilburn.

Three of his captors pleaded guilty in March to federal hostage taking, drug and firearms charges in the case. They are set to be sentenced in July.
