Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents went into Shipley's Do-Nuts Flour and Supply in the 5200 block of North Main Street at about 6:20 a.m.

Several people dressed in white uniforms were handcuffed and placed into vans.

Agents also removed several boxes of paperwork from the building.

Harris County sheriff's deputies assisted immigration agents with the raid.

Houston-based Shipley Do-Nuts began selling doughnuts in the mid-1940s after its founder created his recipe in 1936. The company has nearly 200 stores in Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee and Texas, including 86 in the Houston area.
