A new poll shows that voters are concerned about immigration and it will be a big issue for them in the upcoming election.

Fifty-three percent say immigration is either their most important issue or one of their top three. Only eight percent say it's not all that important.

The majority of voters surveyed - 68 percent - said they want less immigration, even legal immigration. The poll also revealed that voters are less likely to vote for candidates who would increase immigration to the United States.
