    You can make a good case that McCain is the most dangerous in terms of actually delivering a mass amnesty, as once he is able to claim that the "borders have been secured," (which would happen in about a nanosecond) it would be harder for GOP Congressional members to defy him. And of course most of the Dems would go along with it.

    I know Sen. Tom Coburn has warned McCain against trying amnesty ("He - McCain - doesn't have a secret plan to enact blanket amnesty as president. And, if he did, he knows I'd kill it." ) But an empowered and vengeful McCain would be hard for rank and file Republicans to buck.
