Thread: Immigration raid at restaurant shows difficulties of nabbing workers here illegally

Again, it's fine to hit the employers. I've no problem with that. But blaming the employers is to me a scapegoat. The criminals are the illegal aliens, they're the ones who are breaking the law, they're the ones who are scheming and conniving the employers. Sure some employers may know but they're being hustled, they're being lied to, they're being courted, begged, hit with sob story after sob story, they're being conned, and these people are part of a huge criminal network that knows how to do it all extremely well.

I just feel that our government has failed everyone including our businesses and employers who get wrapped up in this out of cost savings or emotions or need. Letting illegal aliens pour into this country or overstay their visas is to employers like handing candy to a baby.
