Immigration Town Hall Meeting Focuses On California's Congressional Leaders

In it's quest to light a fire under the Obama administration on the issue, the Reform Immigration For America Campaign is planning a big town hall meeting in the Los Angeles area next week, with Senator Barbara Boxer, Congressman Henry Waxman and Congressman Xavier Becerra on its list of invitees for the event (only the latter has confirmed).
" ... Our state's leadership cannot afford to run to the hills, especially as the immigrant electorate in California is expected to play a deciding role in the November mid-term elections," states the campaign. "Senators Boxer and [Dianne] Feinstein, Congressman Becerra, and Congressman Waxman must join forces to deliver the promise in 2010."
What's the promise, you ask? The campaign wants to legalize undocumented workers in the United States, reform U.S. visa policy so that families of the undocumented can come to the country as well, and crack down on violators of immigration law.
Now, if that sounds a bit lefty to you, keep in mind that this kind of reform was on the pro-business radar of President George W. Bush for most of his tenure (although he couldn't muster the support of his own party to implement similar measures).
The town hall meeting happens Saturday, Feb. 20, from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Lincoln Middle School, 1501 California Avenue, Santa Monica.

I know and get this one:
"What's the promise, you ask? The campaign wants to legalize undocumented workers in the United States, reform U.S. visa policy so that families of the undocumented can come to the country as well, and crack down on violators of immigration law."
That is the epitome of Reptilian Psycho Pond Scum Remnant Open Borders Treason Double-Speak.
1. Undocumented workers are violators of immigration law.
2. Legalizing them and giving all their families visas to come in too is not cracking down on violators of immigration law.
