Illegal alien charged with raping 11-year-old girl in Indiana

On Friday, Victor M. Perez, 17, was arrested after he reportedly raped an 11-year-old girl in Madison County.
Due to the particularly heinous nature of the crime, Madison County Prosecutor Rodney Cummings has decided to prosecute the teen as an adult.

KTVU reported, a formal arraignment had to be postponed until Monday, because Perez only speaks Spanish and the court had to locate an interpreter for the proceedings.

Perez has been charged with rape, child molestation and criminal deviant conduct. He is currently being held in the Madison County Jail on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainer.
