Yes, Judy, that would be a wonderful part of a great solution. Now, reality says that at least 12 Congresses have served since the "86 amnesty. How many amnesties have been provided since then. How many increases in visas, etc have been approved since them?

Judy, please show me where or how we are going to get a moratorium on all immigration! The background I just alluded to loudly demonstrates that a moratorium is a legislative impossibility. I deal with reality, not false hope, so past performance is what the U.S. government has to be judged by. A quarter of century makes my case strong! The preponderance of evidence is indisputable.
