This rhetoric reached comic absurdity when CNN interviewed Chuy Arias of Los Angeles. He said on camera that he has been here illegally for 12 years. Referring to him, with the delicacy that serves a political agenda, as an "undocumented worker," today's synonym for "illegal immigrant," CNN's reporter said Arias was eager to "come out of the shadows."

So, Arias can simultaneously be "in the shadows" and discussing his illegal status on worldwide television. Who knew?"

Bush and the Republicans are holding Americans and our security HOSTAGE for this amnesty plan!!!! This is a disgrace....every one of these traitors should be in prison.

These Senators really are morons if they think we will be appeased by throwing $4.4 billion at border at the same time they want to grant amnesty. There is no reason to believe that the enforcement measures will actually be carried out, will be enough, or will be effective to STOP illegal immigration. If they were REALLY serious, they would set aside any discussion of amnesty until after the '08 election, and put the full court presses on border security NOW. But they're not. In fact, Bush said he would provide the $4.4 billion for border security IF the Senate passed his bill.

Folks, they are holding us all hostage to their amnesty plan!

Every one of these traitors who supports this needs to go down in flames.

There is no telling what is hidden in this new proposed bill. It will be fun reading if they ever release it to the American public . . .you know, the people it will actually affect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

They can take their paltry $4.4B and shove it!!! The Secure Fence Act was passed 9 months ago and $1.2B was allocated for it!!! What did we get??? 7.3 miles!!!

Never in my life did I think I would see the day that we no longer have a president... What we have now is a dictator! He is on the side of the invaders who are taking over Our country.
