    Senate Judiciary ranking member Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.) charged Friday that the head of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement should not keep his job if he is unwilling to enforce Arizona’s new immigration law.

    Well - at least they admit it. According to the Chicago Tribune, the head of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), John Morton, said “his agency will not necessarily process illegal immigrants referred to them [sic] by Arizona officials.â€
