Judge rules illegals can’t come back

A federal judge has refused to return to Massachusetts more than 200 illegal aliens arrested in a raid and shipped to Texas to await deportation.

U.S. District Court Judge Richard Stearns dismissed the case brought by the detainees, agreeing with the government that his Massachusetts court has no jurisdiction over the case. Immigration agents arrested more than 360 mostly Central American women in a March 6 raid at a factory in New Bedford.
