One of the primary reasons for the rejections appears to be that judges found the government had no legitimate grounds for seeking a removal order
    How about the LAW!!!!
Please help save America for our children and grandchildren... they are counting on us. THEY DESERVE the goodness of AMERICA not to be given to those who are stealing our children's future! ... and a congress who works for THEM!

The Immigration Courts are administrative courts run out of the US Department of Justice, Executive Office Of Immigration Review as is the Immigration Appeal Court.

We need a full blown Congressional investigation of the US Justice Department. It is not what it is supposed to be when it releases 63% of the handful of illegal aliens ICE arrests, and sues Arizona for enforcing US immigration law.

    Traitors in our midst.
    Ditto!
with the GOP in charge of the house the next two years, i bet we see and hear about DOJ investigations alot

The law means nothing when you're a liberal judicial activists who's allowed to get very creative when interpreting the law before you in order to to suit your agenda.

Who's going to call them on it? The answer is nobody....

The ones that get deported that fastest are usually the ones who:

    1. Speak English
    2. Didn't hide
    3. Are from countries other than, you guessed it, Mexico
    4. Those whose deportation paperwork is processed by prejudiced Mexican-Americans

Those are long gone. They get deported faster than you can say: Que Mierda!
