    Killing suspects returned to Waynesboro

    WAYNESBORO --
    Waynesboro police today returned to town with two men charged in the June 27 killing of a third outside a troubled city apartment complex.Two men wanted in a Waynesboro killing rolled back into the city as prisoners Thursday, stirring tensions between City Hall and police over immigration policy.

    Some city officials wanted to know why David Luna Sanchez, 21, charged with first-degree murder in the stabbing death of Eduardo “Pikuâ€
