08-10-2007, 02:17 PM #11Yes the Senators did not expect to have our country overrun by illegals by the 10s of millions! I guess if they did they would have had the same law we have today..... But the laws on the book today aren't being enforced! If they were enforced the illegals would never have time to settle down and start popping out children by the dozen!!!The Senators who wrote the 14th Amendment specifically said it did not apply to foreigners, aliens, that the parents had to be "under the COMPLETE jurisdiction" of the USA.Our country's founders cherished liberty, not democracy.

08-10-2007, 02:27 PM #12Even if the employment laws were strictly enforced, we would still have illegals coming her to live off the welfare their anchor babies get! I already know of many who only work odd jobs for cash, their main income is off their anchors!!
