Lou would jump on that statement so fast her head would spin. He is not against 'immigration.' He is in strong favor of legal immigration.

Wanting our immigration laws enforced is the issue!!! So it's 'illegal immigration many people have a problem with.

HUMMMM, think they are making money because MILLIONS of Americans are watching and listening to them and happen to agree with their side of the issue

And BTW idiots, it is called "Freedom of Speech!" these people can not be Americans citizens...or they were not given enough American history when they applied for citizenship...they need to learn the constitution, this is not Mexico, it is The united States of America, just incase you are lost!

I have a solution to this problem. Get law enforcement all across our nation to round up all illegals and send them to the southern border. They then can work on widening and deepening the Rio Grande to make it impossible to swim across. Put a 500 yard limit on any vessel approaching U.S. shores. If it comes inside that blow it out of the water. Send all the illegals back to the country they came from. This should free up about 20 million jobs in the U.S. which would greatly help the economy and unemployment. Then, enforce our immigration laws to the maximum. I would bet there would be a lot less demonicrats in Congress and probably a different President had this been done back about 2002. Do we have as many illegals coming across our northern border as our southern? If not, why not?

Ms. Starr, you simply must learn to cease using the term "anti-immigration" to describe the illegal immigration issue. There are profound differences between the two that, for some reason, have escaped your notice. You should educate yourself as to their differences and the issue if you wish to be taken seriously in such discussions. Americans do not oppose immigration. Our opposing begins with illegal immigration.

Of course she WON'T seperate legal and illegal immigration. I've never heard Mr. Dobbs, or any other host for that matter, deride legal immigration. It's the way of the liberal to use a false arguement. And OF COURSE she wants Lou off of CNN. He's the last bastion of sense on that channel. They`ll be defaming the rest soon enough, but first they need to pass some ambiguous form of anti-hate speech law that can be used to shut up the opposition.

"National Council of La Raza." Think about that for a second. Why the bi-lingual title? Why not use Spanish for the whole name of the organization? Or English for that matter, since it's active in this country? Could it be because "la raza" means "the race?" Are they afraid to admit they're basically an organization concerned with "the race," meaning THEIR race? And let's say it together, now: ILLEGAL immigration, ILLEGAL immigration, ILLEGAL immigration. Like most Americans, I don't give a rat's a$$ WHAT color they are. They're here ILLEGALLY, they're criminals by definition, and anyone who defends them are basically complicit in, or at least approving of, their crime.

What part of ITS ILLEGAL to come to a Country and stay without applying for the proper documentation, what part of thousands of others from all around the world wait their turn for the chance to come here, what part of Legal Immigrants are welcome, Illegal Aliens should return to their own Countries and come back legally, doesn't Mrs. Martinez understand? Without secure borders, without a national language, you have a thirld world Country. I seriously doubt that money is the reason Mr. Dobbs is against illegal aliens....Mrs. Martinez needs to take the chip off her shoulder and look at the facts, and they are, our laws were broken, the people who broke them should go home, and not be given amnesty, health insurance, schooling, etc.

La RAZA, which means "The Race" is another racist organization, like MALDEF, whose sole purpose is to try and take over this country through socialist and illegal means. They attacked a grandmother who was selected for the Kansas City Park Board and labeled her racist because she belonged to the Minutemen. It is time our government round up the illegals and ship them back and put out a report against these leftist racist organizations that are steeped in the criminal elements.

Typical liberal approach. They can't refute anything Lou Dobbs says, so they resort to attacks. "He's lost is completely." Oh really? In what way? And since they don't have an answer to that question, they step up the attacks by trying to intimidate his sponsors. I think the term "liberal" is misleading. They're fascists.

I find it interesting that Martinez would be singling out Lou Dobbs since Mr. Dobbs is the only conservative or at least independent voice on CNN. It shows that such a strong liberal as Martinez is only focused on one news reporting network for which she draws her news and political information from. If she had bothered to notice she would discover that nearly all conservative media hosts share almost the same option on illegal immigration as Mr. Dobbs does. Perhaps, Mrs. Martinez you would then begin to realize that there is a real concern amongst the American people for the issue of illegal immigration and the desire to have the tide stemmed if not completely controlled by legal and enforceable rules. Wake up Mrs. Martinez!
