    Didn't they have a hearing on this?

    It would seem if congress had had a real hearing and investigation, they could have found the wrongdoings, the lies, the withholding of facts, the 'gifts' given to the drug dealer. When all that was assembled, it would seem a legal case could be made against this man.

    What was the outcome and what did they recommend?

    Bush won't pardon R & C because if he did he would have to admit he was wrong. And, as we all know, Bush isn't too good at that.

    the appeal hearing was December 3rd. however the court or appeals can take up to 60 days to release its finding

    he would have to admit that his "close, dear, personal friend" was wrong and hes not going to do that

    They were prosecuted by a Federal Attorney in a Federal Court and a State Governor has no jurisdiction over this, he may only have an opinion which we haven't yet heard to my knowledge...
