Should be mandatory that ALL foreign citizens who are here legally or illegally are handed over into the care and custody of ICE for Immigration violations.

Transport them to Federal Tent City on Federal Land with a panel of Federal Judges.

That goes for illegal aliens, TPS, visa overstays, refugees, asylum...ALL of them!
