Laredo Sector Border Patrol arrests gang member

LAREDO, Texas – Laredo Sector Border Patrol agents assigned to the Laredo North Station arrested a gang member in Laredo, Texas.

On Feb. 21, Border Patrol agents were working their assigned duties and apprehended an individual in Laredo.

The subject was transported to the Laredo North Station where record checks identified him as Israel Moncivais-Celedon, a 29-year-old male Mexican national.

Record checks revealed he is an active Paisa gang member and has prior felony convictions. He was processed for felony re-entry.
