    Was Lou trying to be funny or what? The only thing I might even give them a C on is the War. I know, it's still dragging on but I will say it is better somwhat better there than when we launched it. Still havn't gotten a government established nor Iraqi police or troops to turn the place over to. It's still a mess and I don't feel there is good direction from the WH.
