Thread: Lou Dobbs - DHS Not Securing the Border, Agents Told to Stand Down

On Lou Dobbs (FOX Business) this evening, former ICE Director, Thomas Homan, was questioned about why the border was not secure, why people were allowed to cross, why was DHS (Kirsten Nielsen) not doing the job to protect and secure the border. He mentioned the Chamber of Commerce in his rant.

Lou repeatedly said the border must be secured and circled back to DHS Secretary, Kirsten Nielsen, and her failure. Thomas Homan said that Congress must act. He also defended Sec. Nielsen and said that she wanted the Congress to fix the laws. Lou wanted none of that. DHS is failing.

Lou Dobbs also said that agents were being told to evade apprehensions. Homan dismissed this idea as he had dinner last night with some agents and did not get this impression. Lou pressed the message. Agents are being told to not do their job.


Later in Lou's show, the guests were author, Sidney Powell, and Chris Farrell of Judicial Watch. Each one had something that can be done immediately, tomorrow, to secure the border and to get the wall built.

Chris Farrell said the president issues a one sentence order to the Defense Department to secure the border. He also said the president can declare the drug cartels as foreign agents.

Sidney Powell said the president issues an Executive Order, using 8 U.S. Code 1182F and stops all immigration. It is consistent with Hawaii vs. Trump. She said the president can take the monies given to the countries that are currently sending or not stopping their people to build the wall.

I think we have some Managers in Border Patrol who are on the take with the drug cartels. I've always thought this would be so easy for the cartels to buy up these BP Managers. People don't understand even now the power of these cartels because they are rich beyond our comprehension and are cold-blooded killers who will do anything to keep those drugs and money flowing along with all their other criminal enterprises. The driving force behind illegal immigration is the illegal drug trade, not cheap labor, cheap labor is just the beneficial side effect for some businesses and is a tool of the cartels to not only make billions more in revenue but create this "hard-working immigrant" fairy tale "Doing Jobs Americans Won't Do" to gain sympathy for their drug runners and keep the borders open.

We need Judy's Plan B.

Fire Nielsen and Kelly … get Joe Arpaio in charge and turn them all away at our border!

This is an invasion and a National Security issue!

They are bringing diseases here infecting our citizens!

Your fixation on the drug cartels as being the primary reason we have illegal immigration and asylum seekers is inaccurate (IMO). Not every illegal alien and asylum seeker is a member of a drug cartel or works with them. Anyone that thinks that is missing the big picture. You can go to many construction sites, hotels, restaurants, landscaping companies, poultry plants, etc., etc., and find illegals working that have absolutely nothing to do with the drug cartels. To think that the 23 million illegals in our country are associated with the drug cartels is wrong.

You really want to put the skids on illegal immigration, stop providing them jobs, healthcare, schooling for their children, food stamps for illegals with American born children, tax credits, sanctuary, etc., etc. and secure our border.

Don't get me wrong, the drug cartels are a problem and like any other criminal organization they must be dealt with by federal law enforcement. However, they are not the primary, or even secondary, reason we have the illegal immigrant problem we do.

I do agree that some, possibly including leadership, within the BP are on the take. There have been numerous articles posted here over the years to support that.

Mexico GIVES them papers to enter Mexico.

They can stay in Mexico.

WE gave them NO papers to come to the USA.

Turn them around at our border!!!

Keep dumping them back on Mexico!

Mexico can revoke those papers and send them back!

PERIOD!!!
