Tonight, we’ll have all the latest news from around the nation
as Iowa, Wisconsin and other states continue to deal with
dangerous and destructive flooding.

And we’ll have a an important update on the U.S. Air Force’s
outrageous decision to hand a multi-billion dollar tanker
contract to a European company – the Government Accountability
Office finding that the Air Force wrongly excluded U.S. maker
Boeing. Plus:

* More people have fallen ill after eating salmonella-tainted
tomatoes and we still don’t have a clear picture of where these
tomatoes originated. States and localities are seeing plenty of
cases not reported by the FDA. It’s looking more and more like
our nation’s least-competent agency is covering up information
on the tainted tomato crisis.

* The technology industry constantly complains that there are
not enough qualified tech workers in this country to fill the
available jobs. But a new study finds something very different
– that the industry is using H-1B visas to flood the U.S.
market with cheap foreign workers at a rate far greater than
the job growth in the sector.

* London hedge fund TCI has vowed to continue it proxy battle
to control one of our largest railroads, CSX. This despite the
fact that this fund was found to have violated securities laws
and lied in Federal court. It also won’t disclose the fund’s
investors, which include foreign governments. Nor has the fund
addressed any of the security concerns raised by having unknown
foreigners control a railroad that serves military bases,
industrial centers and ports.
