Tonight: Democrats on Congress' Joint Economic Committee say
the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan have cost this country $1.6
trillion so far—and the costs continue to mount. Republicans
call the report a partisan ploy. We’ll have that story and all

Seattle-based Boeing was supposed to make aviation history with
its 787 Dreamliner, an airplane made with lightweight composite
materials. But 787 test flights and deliveries have been pushed
back by at least six months. That’s largely due to Boeing's
decision to outsource almost every aspect of the airplane's
production. We’ll have that story.

A new report based on 30 years of income data finds that the
income gap between families in this country is growing. The
report questions “whether the American Dream is a reality’
anymore. We’ll look at how life for working families has
changed compared to a generation ago.

Big corporations have made a habit of claiming that there
aren’t enough math and science students coming out of U.S.
universities—creating a dire need for more H1-b visas that
bring in cheap foreign labor. But a new study shows that U.S.
colleges are actually producing more graduates than there are
jobs for. We’ll have that story.

that have spurred the current home foreclosure crisis in this
