* CEO’s from eight of the nation’s largest banks are
defending their use of bailout money in front of Congress
today. The banks and the lawmakers have been under fire for the
lack of transparency and accountability in the use of taxpayer
money. We will have a full report tonight.

* Plus, last week the government pushed back the
conversion date for digital television. But there is still $650
Billion in both the Senate and House stimulus bills that is
allocated to help with the transition to digital television.

And ROBERT BARRO, the Paul M. Warburg professor of economics at
Harvard University, says the stimulus plan is “probably the
worst bill that has been put forward since the 1930s.â€
