Phoenix police have two suspects in the fatal shooting of a 29-year-old man Friday, according to police reports.

Jorge Lopez-Vasquez, 18, and a 17-year-old boy were arrested Saturday.

The victim, whose name was not being released until family members were notified, was shot at 7 a.m. Friday in the 8800 block of West Windsor Avenue, south of Thomas Road.

Witnesses told police the suspects chased the victim, who was riding a bicycle, and shot at him. They were in a stolen Dodge truck, police said.

The 17-year-old got out of the truck, continued to fire at the victim at close range, and put the victim's bicycle in the truck before the driver, Lopez-Vasquez, ran over the victim, police said.
