Fort Worth police arrested two men Sunday, one of whom admitted to exposing himself to TCU students.

Officers were conducting surveillance around TCU in attempt to find a man who had been exposing himself to female students, police said.

The officers spotted a green Ford Crown Victoria at South University and West Berry streets that matched victim reports. Police followed the car and pulled it over in the 1400 block of South University.

The driver, 21-year-old Ernesto Ortiz-Salas, was arrested for outstanding traffic violations and transported to the Fort Worth jail.

His passenger, Jose Ortiz-Salas, later admitted to detectives that he had exposed himself to students, police said.

He was also found to have an outstanding immigration deportation detainer and was transported to the Euless jail, where he will await federal charges.
