Man killed, seven injured fleeing border patrol

A man was killed and seven other people were hurt when the driver of a sport utility vehicle lost control when fleeing U.S. Border Patrol Agents and Tohono O'odham police before dawn today, a border patrol spokesman said.

Names of the dead man and the injured were not available, said Border Patrol Agent Jesus Rodriguez.

An agent spotted the SUV, a 2004 Dodge Durango that had been reported stolen, heading north on South Mission Road, just south of West Valencia Road, about 4 a.m.

Rodriguez said the agent suspected that the SUV was carrying drugs or illegal immigrants, so he turned on his emergency lights and siren and tried to pull it over.

The driver fled and the agent turned off his emergency gear and followed at or below the speed limit. He called for help from Tohono O'odham police when the vehicle went onto the Tohono O'odham Nation.
The SUV at one point hit a dip in the road and rolled over.

When authorities arrived they found the dead man, four other men and three women, Rodriguez said.

He said they all were taken to hospitals for treatment or examination.

They didn't use tire spikes on this one, so how are the illegals going to sue?
Silly me! they will just sue the company who paved the road and label them racists because the dip in the road somehow was intentionally placed there for hispanics.
Considering everything which has happened so far, this really doesn't sound so far fetched. And that is scary!
