NOW, if anyone in CA remembers the Northridge earthquake we had freeways totally repaired and retro-fitted months ahead of time. The contractors got paid a bonus for every day they finished early. Trust me if they contracted to private contractors with incentives like that, it would be finished.

TELL THEM "THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THE SLOW WORK ON THE FENCE AND ITS ABOUT TIME THEY USE THE SAME MODEL THAT WAS USED FOR THE NORTHRIDGE EARTHQUAKE FREEWAY REPAIR.

LOS ANGELES – More than 1,300 illegal immigrants in five Southern California counties were arrested in the past two weeks during one of the nation's largest immigration sweeps, federal officials said yesterday.

Our government needs to demand payment from the countries where these illegal aliens came from. All the costs involved: the costs to arrest and process them, housing them in jail and any social services they have received. No foreign aid until payments have been made.
