This is just propaganda. The idea that Mexico can't grow "medical" grade marijuana is a joke. The more likely situation is that the "medical" marijuana is itself coming from Mexico. Anything that can grow in a hothouse with a huge electric bill in Colorado can grow outside for free in Mexico, the labor is cheaper, the distribution is cheaper and it is no problem to get it across the border. Furthermore, there is no real way to determine where the marijuana sold in store fronts all over the country commercially or "medically" is coming from at all.
