    Those 20-day transit Visa's they issued to the Haitian's are expired. Start rounding up the ones with expired Visa's.

    Mexico can load them up on buses from Tijuana and dump them back on Central America...and on down the line.

    It seems we do have a right to expel their criminals and those mexico allowed to pass thru right back to mexico
