Why dont we as a group of Americans sue the Mexican Goverment for allowing their criminals into the US?

Citizens in that area now are left to their own devices and I don't see many litigious ones living there. If Patrick Haab is prosecuted and loses, the next seven crumbs that violate that part of the border might not be so lucky.

JP, I believe we should focus that action on our own politicians for not adhering to the Constitution. We need to FRIGHTEN them......Mexico couldn't give a flying fig and their powers that be are drowning in money so could keep a suit at bay for more years than we have.
