First, I dont think that 10% of the American population is in Mexico. Not even 10% of the retired American population is in Mexico. In fact, most of the so-called Americans that retire in Mexico were born in Mexico. Somewhere along the line they became citizens, probably riding on one of our many amnesties. Then, after they have worked here and sent millions of dollars to Mexico...they go to Mexico....and they are eligible for SS...No? So they are only technically Americans.

Question: Does this insurance cover births? If there legal address is in Mexico and they are covered by Mexican Insurance does this mean they are under the jurisdiction of Mexico?

Next, One of the reason health coverage is so high in the U.S. is because of all the illegal aliens trips to the E.R. Eliminate that problem and these seniors could afford health coverage in the U.S.

Our budget pays for all those held in deportation.
All costs for clothing, medical, food, while waiting for deportaion.
We pay for all costs for those held for sentencing , court costs, "lawyering -up costs "immigration representation costs,
two flight a day for deportation .
We get a % to cover costs.
I know I have left-out a zillion things here....

We pay for all costs for body recovery picked-up daily in the desert and await identification, if that's possible.
We pay for the shipping costs to be sent back to to the country of origin. If I'D is impossibe and it generally is imposssible, there is disposal, an unmarked graves, by #'s.

And Mexico is going to pay us for illegal living here for health ins?

In the cases of primary care or accidents, the Mexican health system has the support of American authorities so that workers are treated in the United States, regardless of their immigration status; for chronic diseases, they should return to Mexico.

This article is very confusing. Do they $300 a month, a year or is this a lifetime fee. They have the support of American authorities - what does that mean? Does Mexico pay back America or take the $300 and run? Who pays for x-rays, hospitalization etc.?
