    Juan Delgado was 14 when his father told him to move to Texas to get an education.

    First of all free K-12 level education for illegal aliens is a bad idea there are families that move here with it as a major motivator. The people who allowed it and in-state tuition made a mistake. Second Juan Delgado is clearly in violation even of of their intent.
