Juan Delgado was 14 when his father told him to move to Texas to get an education.

Juan Delgado, an undocumented student who pays in-state tuition, tries to get his teacher's attention in his reading class at San Antonio College. 'I don't want to work in the sun for the rest of my life,' Delgado says.

First of all free K-12 level education for illegal aliens is a bad idea there are families that move here with it as a major motivator. The people who allowed it and in-state tuition made a mistake. Second Juan Delgado is clearly in violation even of of their intent.
