TIJUANA, Mexico (KGTV and AP) — Traffic was halted at the border Sunday morning as the caravan marched toward the border in a show of force to try to pressure the U.S. to hear their asylum claims.
Meanwhile, U.S. Customs and Border Protection tweeted out that they closed southbound and northbound lanes at the San Ysidro port of entry Sunday afternoon.
CBP later tweeted that the pedestrian crossing at the port of entry are also suspended at both the east and west facility.

Members of the caravan carried hand-painted Honduran flags and chanted "We are not criminals! We are international workers!"
Dozens of Mexican police with riot shields stopped the migrants ahead of the crossing Sunday.
More than 5,000 migrants camped in and around a sports complex in Tijuana after making their way through Mexico.
Many within the caravan plan to apply for asylum and Sunday, marched toward the border to demand their asylum applications be processed.

I couldn't see where they ended up. Did they get into the US or were they stopped? I saw Mexican police but no Americans, was this all on the Mexican side? I don't do Facebook so they tried to make me log in to continue to the end and I had to cancel.
