isn't it 'the 'love' of money is the root of all evil'. In and of itself, money is just that - but it's the greed, the desire for, and the decision to do whatever it takes to get it, that causes the problems.

Unfortunately, many of Trump's cabinet picks and congress members will be doing the bidding for greed "love of money". Drill all our public lands, waters regardless of their pristine qualities or habitat for creatures, pollute our waters with toxic industrial run offs by removing the Clean Waters Rule (nothing to do with jobs increasing only more profits), fracking was always exempt from the Clean Water Act, should we wonder why cheyney did that? Now we will be removing protections/regulations from deadly fracking emissions and waste water removal methods, spray deadly cancer causing & endocrine disrupting pesticides everywhere along with planting tumor causing GMOs - removing citizen protecting regulations from industries instead of streamlining them for our health benefit.

Evicting people from their homelands or unable to sell due to pipelines. A % of pipelines break, the industry says so. Contributing to the escalation of destroying the most pristine forest, unlike any other on this earth for dirty Canadian tar sands to travel thru our county, putting us & our drinking water at great risk for oil TO BE EXPORTED - NOT FOR ENERGY INDEPENDENCE BUT FOR PROFITS! The Boreal forest is home to threatened with extinction species like the caribou, wolverine and many more.

All pollution, destruction for profits given free rein and to hell with endangered species, kill bear cubs and wolf pups in their dens, just ok'd by congress last week in our Alaska Wildlife Refuge. Other states pushing shoot wolves on site. Wolves are still on the endangered species list! With 100 Florida panthers alive in this country, down to 100 of a species, it was just okd to frack in their habitat. How extraordinarily selfish! Is nothing sacred save the profits of industries and their stock holders?

You are so right and I fear there is no going back - until nature forces it. And it will some day.

A study several years ago, showed half of Texas rivers and lakes were not safe for fishing, not safe for drinking, not safe for swimming, and some not even safe for boating.

If you live in the NE, you just accept an abundance of water - the sad fact is, Texas is not blessed with a lot of rivers, lakes. So half of ours is a big thing.

It never made sense to transfer all that dirty sand oil all across this country. We should have told Canada to refine their own.

Every day we realize our politicians care nothing about the people or this country. Absolutely, nothing.

Okay, so I misquoted. However, I'm sure my meaning was understood.

Count on more polluted streams, children with bald heads from chemo and if they live, have shortened life spans.

Trump is turning out to be very disappointing for our health and very pro pollution for the profiteers; draining one swamp for another. He better watch his butt or be a one term president. Dacas still here, no reversal of the hundreds of thousands of central americans that have crossed and are still crossing, more refugees and we are paying for all of them. Each refugee costs tens of thousands of dollars.

Where is his big mouth now - stand up to that UN mandate. stand up to Australia @ taking undesirable refugees that Australia has kept on a prison island and they are raping children there too. What kind of rip off is this - we have to take in inbred grown men so they can get freebies - risk our heath, many with TB, possible radical ideology and violence prone damaged brains - no respect for women from the hispanics or muslims.

A healthcare bill that still pays for illegals & their anchor babies, no lower premiums, no rx price reduction, basically another healthcare bill written by the health insurance industry. Get rid of the drain illegals and their baby booms and we will be able to have decent coverage for our seniors. American citizens first! Why are Americans paying more for rx than any other country?
