MORE PREVIOUSLY DEPORTED SEXUAL PREDATORS ARRESTED AT TEXAS BORDER

MCALLEN, Texas Previously deported sexual predators with criminal convictions continue to be a regular sight at federal hearings following their arrests by U.S Border Patrol agents.

Last week, Jose Manuel Segovia Granados went before U.S. Magistrate Judge Dorina Ramos who ordered he be held without bond.

Segovia is a 22-year-old criminal alien from El Salvador. He was arrested last week near Roma, Texas, moments after having crossed the Rio Grande River, court records obtained by Breitbart Texas revealed.

Border Patrol agents were able to determine that Segovia was deported in April from Phoenix, Arizona. Segovia had been convicted of attempted sexual assault of a child last November. He had been sentenced to serve only 30 day in prison.

Last week, authorities also arrested 47-year-old Pablo Medrano Banda, a previously deported Mexican citizen who had been living in South Texas.

Medrano claimed to have crossed the Rio Grande River in April through Progreso, Texas. He had been deported in March, 2013, through Laredo, Texas. The deportation came after he served a prison sentence in the institutional division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. On September, 2010, Texas State Judge Rudy Delgado convicted him of indecency with a child by sexual contact and sentenced him to four years in prison.

Just last month, Breitbart Texas reported on the arrest of 23-year-old Mauricio Toto Xolo, a previously convicted criminal alien who was arrested near the Texas border. Xolo spent 12 months in prison following a 2010 rape conviction. He was then deported on November 1, 2011 through Laredo, Texas.

Also last month, authorities arrested 22-year-old Joel Silva Duran, a convicted child rapist who was also recently caught near the border city of Roma just months after having been deported.

Breitbart News has also reported in the past about the number of criminal aliens who continue to be released into the U.S. despite their criminal history under the new Priority Enforcement Program. This programs allows many convicted criminal aliens to remain in the United States.

With the government releasing criminal alien rapist upon our women and children, it is time to re-instate the death penalty, especially when there is DNA evidence making an ID nearly assured. We are so close to repeating the falters of ancient Rome, well, it should be scary!

I'm sure that Mexico doesn't want them, EITHER. After all the Mexicans are not THAT corrupt, they want the dirtbags out of their country, so why not just let them go north again, and then it will be a US problem?

This is nothing but a breakdown of diplomatic protocol. It is secret plotting outside of the normal diplomatic procedures between the two countries; we ought to close their consulates and recall their ambassadors until they actually take responsibility---not employ ledgerdemain.

Mexico is undergoing a huge industrial revolution; they have tourism money coming in by boatloads, previously cheap areas are being upgraded into expensive condos for Euro-types, Canadians and others looking for a winter home.

All they are doing is cleaning the very scum off the bottom of their shoes and sending them north for us to take care of. Thanks Mexico!

How do we politely say that Mexico and Central America have a large population of dysfunctional, anti-social, criminally minded sociopaths. And we don't want them here, either. Sure, the good Mex and CA citizens reject them (unless they're close kin, then all bets are off) and they've ruined their lives by being convicts, but we don't want them either. But no doubt the "good citizens" just figure "Hey if they go to the US then WE'RE rid of them!"
